Police training center swallowed in flames by an FAI Cell
On the night of September 19, the Ministry of Internal Affairs training center came under attack. It was here, in this center, that people were trained to effectively detain us, shoot at us, and practice assaults and attacks on our homes, fully equipped with weapons that ordinary people are not allowed to possess.The training center is located 500 meters from Boryspilskaya Street, nestled in a forest in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. The center features pistol and automatic shooting ranges, an obstacle course, a tennis court, a volleyball court, a mini-soccer field, training rooms, and a training area for special groups.We spent over four months investigating this facility. During this time, the attacked building was undergoing expensive repairs and purchasing electrical equipment. To ignite the fire, we needed 17 liters of incendiary mixture, 10 car tires, and old items found on the street. We created two fire zones in widely separated locations. We left a message on the wall: “Destroy the Ministry of Internal Affairs.” The guard and two dogs suspected nothing.We send warm greetings and solidarity with the anarchists in Russian and Belarusian prisons and the entourage for the prisoners of war: Ilya Romanov, Alexander Kolchenko, Sergey Romanov, Yevgeny Karakashev, Ilya Shakursky, Vasily Kuksov, Fitsev, Victor Victor, Victor Andrei Chernov, Arman Sagynbaev, Mikhail Kulkov, Maxim Ivankin, Julie Boyarshinov and others.This fire is for you. It doesn’t matter to us whether you are guilty or not, regardless of whether you were involved in what you were accused of. The fact is that in the fight against the state, we are all guilty. Therefore, know that if the “innocent” earned our solidarity once, the “guilty” will earn it a thousandfold… We also want to express our solidarity to anarchists operating in Chile, Greece, Italy, and all comrades who are fighting both outside and inside prisons! Know that your actions and struggle are important to us!

“We take responsibility for the arson of an expensive car on the outskirts of the city. This action was carried out intentionally, since we despise prosperous shit.Walking through the district of the Novobelichi area you can see a lot of homeless and poor people, living in high-rise buildings that are old and cheap. Their pensions and monthly earnings are only enough to feed themselves, buy necessary things, pay for utilities. With such incomes it is impossible to save up for a car even for 10 thousand dollars, let alone for 30 or more.But, among the mass poverty are a clearly distinguished class of wealthy citizens. They have good houses, high incomes, and chic 3-door hatchbacks. For them, it’s disgusting to ride the metro, and the collapsing city busses are not familiar to them at all. They take pride in flaunting their wealth and social superiority. They do not want to know how their neighbors live. They think that this is the normal course of things and how it should always be.Well…We, in turn, also do not care about these rich people. We will burn their property and, if possible, expropriate them. They have nothing human and we understand this perfectly.The revolution in 2014 did not bring fundamental changes. Today, the president of the country is the “oligarch of chocolate” Poroshenko. This is the last bastard and deceiver, as was the overthrown Yanukovych. Authorities still fool and trick people, linking problems from the war with the separatists. And at the same time in some areas of the capital for months there is no hot water. Of course, this life is not familiar to the president, ministers and deputies.Anarchists have a lot of work to do. Ahead of us waiting for a dangerous and uncompromising struggle. Therefore: get weapons, resist. The social revolution will be!
Taking this opportunity, we express warm words of solidarity with our comrades, who recently set fire to a Porsche dealership in Hamburg, burned a diplomatic van and generally tried to raise hell during the G20 summit.Also a few words about this arson.The guard of the parking lot turned out to be quite a normal dude. Instead of vigilantly guarding the expensive cars of corrupt citizens, he took a horizontal position, turned on the laptop – he just rested. Our praise to such guards.To send this car to hell, we needed only 1.5 liters of a combustible mixture (napalm). We poured it between the engine cover and windshield. The mixture was set on fire with a hunting match.On the official website of the “State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations in Kiev” it is written that the call arrived at 2:01, but the fire was only extinguished at 2:50.”

We include this action in the project of the Informal Anarchist Federation (FAI) and as a contribution to the Black December, an international campaign of anarchist solidarity. We, the members of the cell who signed up for this action, wish to state that this may be our last statement under the acronym FAI. With this decision we suspend our contribution to the FAI, which we have been making for the last 3 years from the territory of the so-called Ukraine.We were proud to use FAI equipment and tools during this time, and even earlier with close attention and respect followed the development of the project from outside. In difficult moments we studied destructive attacks with the purpose of their implementation, read combat and inspiring communiqués from anarchists from all over the world, thus developing and strengthening our theory. The individuals and groups of comrades who acted under this acronym each time reminded the world anarchist movement that anarchism can only be combatful and illegal. We have learned a lot by taking part in this project. The combat practices, propaganda by action, and principles of informal organization that come from the FAI have been adopted by us and will now stay with us until the victory of the social revolution.Nothing is over, everything continues!The smell of gunpowder, black anarchy, explosions, shots fired, sabotage and ex!Constant solidarity with the imprisoned enemies of the state!Long live anarchy!
