PT Freeport Indonesia (FI) has been present in Papua for decades, since the annexation of West Papua by colonial Indonesia. All it has brought is environmental destruction, expulsion of the indigenous population, and genocide. We believe that Freeport’s existence can only end when West Papua is separated from Indonesia, but we do not want the creation of a West Papua state, but a West Papua Confederation, where control rests with the people, not the state.We (the Revolutionary Cell Long Live Eric King – Informal Anarchist Federation) send greetings to Lekagak Telengen, Egianus Kogoya, and other West Papuan guerrillas residing in the lush Papuan forests. We invite our urban comrades to form urban guerrilla units and attack symbols of capitalism and the colonial state in Indonesia.We firmly declare our hostility towards opportunistic politician Benny Wendy and the rest of the ULMWP scum, who can comfortably live in a foreign country where they seek to control the leadership of West Papua’s liberation. True liberation is through weapons and insurrection, not lobbying in air-conditioned buildings!We also do not forget to send hugs to the comrades in Indonesia who are starting a revolt against the Omnibus Bill and the neoliberal regime of Joko Widodo, to our comrades in Malaysia who are facing repression for fighting the fascist Kingdom of Malaysia, to the YPG-YPJ guerrillas in Rojava who are facing an asymmetric war with Turkey, and to anti-authoritarian insurgents around the world.
We are among the masses furious with Indonesian colonialism; this was only our opening attack and not our last. Be prepared for an explosion, and one that will not be extinguished.As long as the state and capitalism exist, there will be no peace. Therefore, the state and capitalism must be destroyed immediately!Let the fire light the liberation of West Papua.
